GIL has major market share in the Candian market for its OTC related business. As a part of the forward integration strategy, the Company's present focus is to offer combination products in the OTC segment, both as PFIs and finished dosages. GIL has already proved its capabilities with the Candian TPD approval and strategic tie-ups with major generic companies on R&D projects which would be taken on a commercial level once the registrations are in place.
